Aww, that’s so sweet! It’s amazing that this stray dog has such a strong, loyal bond with her best friend.
You can try to gain the trust of both of them by offering them food and treats, speaking to them in a gentle voice, and providing a comfortable, safe spot for them to rest.
If you’re able to get close enough, you can try to get ahold of both of them and transport them to a vet or shelter for further assistance.
It’s admirable that you’re trying to rescue these two pups, and hopefully with some patience and understanding, you can get them the help they need. Best of luck!
